Worldline support

WL can support Partner within the application development.

Such support does not release the responsibility of the Partner for application quality, security and following test procedures.

In the Developer Portal WL shares all necessary technical documentation ( WPI , SmartPOS API ), description of development, certification and publication procedures and tools to contact support team in minor technical issues.

Each time the support exceeds what is available via Developer Portal Partner shall formally request it via WL Partner Management staff and both parties shall agree the level and time of such extended support. The extended support is settled in time & material method which means that Partner is billed for each WL specialist engaged in the support respectively due to their work hours spent on support. The basic time-to-price element is 1 hour of 1 WL specialist. The WL specialist type is unified (WL will not differentiate the resources type for this purpose). Pricing may vary depending on moment in time.
