App maintenance

Partner is fully responsible for application maintenance. This means to provide and support the technological infrastructure reliable and performable enough to fully support the application use by Merchants. Application once deployed and published in the SmartPOS Store shall be regularly updated due to security (especially GDPR and data protection), legal and technological constraints like operating terminal system updates (Android) as well as SmartPOS ecosystem updates (WPI, SmartPOS API).  Besides technological maintenance Partner shall fully cover business relations with Merchants using their application what means full customer support and responsibility for commercial and operational communication. WL is not responsible for such activities and obligations under any circumstances.
